MODA International Blue Cocktail Dress

I bought this dress from Victoria's Secret. I wore it only once to one event and it's been awfully lonely in my closet ever since. It is so pretty, comfortable and well made. Very soft and slinky. The label says that it is a size small, but I definitely think it is more like a medium. I'm 5'2", about 130LBS-ish(???) and it fit perfectly on me. Such a fun, classy, social, party dress! Hope it finds a happy new home!♡
