orangegerberas I would say that it fits a 6-8...the dress is made of stretch material and it fit perfectly even when I was 167 lbs (I know, the peplum makes it very forgiving). But I am not sure if it fits you when you lean toward a size 4. When I was a size 4, I could wear size 8 dresses, but the fit and my preferences were influenced by me. I would advice you to consult with MODCLOTH and see what is their size guide and measurements on similar dresses.
