excellent condition. no rips, stains or tears. nonsmoking home. super unique cut and details. it's a size 10 in Monse - waist laying flat is 16 inches. length is 34.5. There is very little room in the butt! I'm a size 6 on the bottom and I have a butt. I could not wear these because they were way too tight on my butt. so, waist may be right for some people, but if you have a rounder butt, these may not be a great option. they run true to size in the waist.
