It is a red and orange plaid pattern. and it features delicate embroidered floral patches all the way around, and a ruffled edge hem. It has four wooden buttons on the side, and the back half of the waistband is elasticized. It measures about 11.5" from waist to hem. 100% cotton, size 2/4, and in Excellent condition.
