I don't think so but I will provide measurements to make sure it would fit.
Armpit to armpit lying flat is about 18".
Waist is about 16" lying flat.
Hips is about 17" lying flat.
Looks like about a B cup, looser for an A cup and tighter for a C cup. Don't think it would fit anything bigger than a C cup.
