Good used condition, inside of top has snags from where it was safety pinned together, but fine on the outside. This dress shows A LOT in the top and is SUPER SHORT! Labeled a size medium, but listed as a small. Top is blue material with yellow, black, white, green, and red small flower pattern. Top matches band around bottom hem. Middle skirt section is red with blue roses whites browns tans blacks. This dress is well loved!! I bought this at a casino in 2007!! Not sure where the brand Moonlight is normally sold. Measurements are approximate and taken while the dress is lying flat... scrunched waist 10.5" ...bottom hem length 22"...top of shoulder to bottom hem 33".... Buying as is, no returns.
