Made from polyester, the shirt/back is very sheer, as well as the side cut out panels. The skirt is gathered and full but lies fairly straight, so twirl...lol. There is a full lining on the skirt section. Collared neck can be buttoned or left open. Cuffed cap sleeves. Best of all it has front hip pockets!! USA Size 6 Measures: Bust: 16" Waist: 13" Length: 35" Excellent condition.
