@txmav411 yes it is! This dress was used by a skinny person with a double D. She is size xs/s or size 2 and fitted well. Hope that works!

@mua_rosh I am glad this is available! I hope there is enough room and stretch to handle my natural bust size. I am 5'3", 135 lbs., 39" bust, 27" waist and 36" hips. I also wear a bra size of 30J in US sizing (30GG in UK sizing). What band size bras is the skinny person with DDs? Do you think there is enough room to accommodate my chest size? Also, where does the dress end up on you and how tall are you?

The dress is a little down the knee for me. Also I can see that it have the potential to have altered if you need it.
