MOTTO 3/4 SLEEVE KNIT SHRUG W/STAND-UP COLLAR

Knit shrug w/3” stand-up collar, 3/4 sleeves & 3” band around edge (which becomes stand-up collar at top). Back length is 17” (including bottom band but not collar). Back width abt 18.5”. Sleeve seam measures 12”. 82% cotton/15% nylon/3% spandex. Black (shown here over white top - not included). Don’t believe that it was ever worn. Non-smoking home.
