This is a unique pencil skirt that will make a statement in your closet! It can be worn as business attire or on a night out. Form fitting, super stretchy, flattering and comfy. Skirt is 23.5" long, with a wide waistband(13.25" flat) at top to conform to any body type. 67% rayon, 31% nylon and 3% spandex. This garment has only been worn on a few occasions, but shows some pilling and small signs of wear at the waistband due to a clothespin used to hang it (see image).
