MPG Leggings/Heavy Tights Black with Gray Bottoms Size M-L I would wear these as Leggings because they are not thin or lightweight. They are designed to look like tights however. They are high rise and substantial in weight enough to work out in. They have a cute design in gray at the bottom of the legs are vertical ribbing on both sides. They are designed to slim the silhouette. This is an excellent quality garment. Pre-Loved but not sure they've ever been worn. I have washed them however and they washed beautifully! 92% Nylon, 4% Spandex, 4% Spandex Machine Washable
