MSK brand Navy dress with yellow dots, size 12, NWOT

This dress is pretty and feminine. The fabric is very flowy and light, but the dress can be washed in the washing machine on cold. There is a size zipper, it is fully lined, and the sash ties in front, really finishing the look off. Sleeves are sheer and pretty. Around 22" from waist to hem, around 19" sleevehole to sleevehole. The dress is without tags but has never been worn, so NWOT.
