MSK evening asymmetric sheer skirt

This skirt starts with a fitted waistband and a side zipper. It is two layers of a sheer chiffon what we used to call a car wash hem the outer sure layer is split in horizontal sections, ending in points as is the under layer and the two sheer layers add up to something that you can’t see through plus. The skirt is fully line and an excellent condition.
