Snatch up this 100% SILK top. It could be described as a shrug for lack of a better description as there isn't one on this site. It's sheer with no buttons and would look great with a cami top underneath paired with a skirt or pants, black hosiery and heels. It's easy peasy to dress this piece up or down.
