M.S.S.P. summer dress. Soft blue, cream & black stripe pattern with contrast waist band. Fun dress with blouse over top section that allows for the dress to be adjusted from moderate mini length to shorter mini look. Interesting keyhole sleeve look. Little attractive knotting at sleeves.
