Has 3 different modes to heat the chest, back, and pockets. 1 inside pocket that’s perfect for your phone or wallet. 2 hand pockets and 1 pocket on the back for the adapter. The bottom hem is adjustable as seen in the pics. 2 adjustable straps. Wrist cuffs have some elastic on the inside. Very comfortable and definitely keeps you warm. For reference, I only wear a T-shirt under this during winter months.(30 degrees or below)
