theblingsnobb @gaa1726 The skirt band is a elastic and has no roll band. The skirt is one size fits all.I'm a size 16 (waist size 33 inches)a XL and I was able to get in to the skirt. Anyone from small to xl the skirt will fit. I hope this help 😊
