MXI Sequin High Low dress

This is a MXI strapless high-low dress that I bought from JC Penney’s. I wore it for a winter formal years ago and it no longer fits me. The straps are more for hanging on a hanger. There are cups in the dress. Measurements: Full length: 53” Length of short dress 24.5” Bust flat: 13” Waist flat: 11.5”
