MY Collection V Neck Sleeveless Black Dress NWT M

My Collection V Neck Sleeveless Black Dress NWT Size medium; approx flat measurements are: pit to pit 18" ( will stretch to about 21", waist ( high under bust) 16", hips 25( full skirt), length from waist to hem 24" Front square pockets, pleated at neckline and tops of pockets. Gathered in center at waist in front and back. This was bought as a return from Macys. It had pet hair on it. I have run it through the dryer but didn't wash due to tags. I might have missed some.
