MYSTERY GEMSTONE & DIAMOND 10Kt Gold Ring / Blue-Purple Stone / Size 12 / 6.25gm

What exactly this bluish-purple stone is is a mystery to me. It was sold to me as an amethyst but they don’t glow red when exposed to UV light (see photo). I’m thinking this 10x12mm emerald cut stone is either a natural or lab grown purple fluorite or spinel. In any case, the approximately 6 carat stone is extremely beautiful and is flanked by 4 round diamonds weighing approximately .25 carats. The ring weighs 6.25 grams and is marked 10K on the inside (see photo) - it has been tested for purity several times. Be sure to make an offer on this or one of my other listings.
