Unfortunately, while we were there, our car windows were broken in the parking lot of our hotel and all our bags and wallets were stolen. For this reason, we were able to return to Los Angeles today, as our work was getting longer. Monday Spin giveaway will be held on the same day and same time next week. They were talking about reporting the host who did nothing wrong and it just kept going after she showed about 6 more items. kcgirly @sofijoey1 so, the suspicion is that they didn’t make what they wanted from the auctions (bids went too low) so they don’t send the items and buyer eventually cancels and gets refund….they still have the items. I hope this is not true, but I’ve now heard from too many people.

That’s wild they’ve never cancelled on me no matter how great the deal was 😔 I have noticed recently they haven’t been doing great quality items for their 3 dollar starts on their auctions anymore like they used to - the policy definitely changed a week or two ago they were probably losing too much money - which is understandable. I’ve seen girls get a 1200 bag for $ 250 and that’s not right either - there has to be a balance.

kayjay115 @serene119 They don’t refund for auction items, regardless of the issue. They sent me two wallets in salvage condition from an auction but when I challenged them, I got the no refund policy response. I was pretty upset given the fact that they were moldy and broken. This outfit has no business ethics. Good luck.

starrygazer @davinab173 Under the order tab on your profile, there should be a place "escalate" and click what the issue is so you can bring up your concern directly to Poshmark.
