MZ Accessories of New York Belt Wide Asymmetric Stamped Leather XL Buckle 80s

Preowned, vintage wide leather belt with oversized buckle, made by MZ Accessories of New York, most likely in the 1980s. The belt is made from stamped leather in a very light (possibly faded) pink stamped leather. The oversized silver buckle is an abstract paisley shape with intricate scrolling and a large acrylic stone at the center. Wear it asymmetric as we show in photo 2 for a retro 80s vibe! Embossed/stamped MZ Accessories of New York Genuine Leather 50 6 M on back. The buckle appears to have markings on the back but we cannot determine whether they are indents from the maker - or an actual stamp (see pic 13). We're uncertain of the buckle composition. Magnets don't stick to it -but we're not sure if it's unmarked sterling silver or if it's another metal. Approximate measurements: end to end length (including buckle) - 39in. Buckle length - 6in, buckle height - 2.45in (highest); belt strap is 2in H x 35in L. Best fits waist or hips between 31in and 34in. Preowned/vintage (40+ years old) with definite signs of use and prior wear: the belt strap trim is cracked (see last two images for examples) and the backing has age spots and marks. The stone on the buckle shows some loss (most notable as shown in image 5); there's scratching and patina to the buckle.
