******See below for defect****** Mac Duggal 49491 white tea-length evening dress features an A-line silhouette in luxe chiffon, with a gorgeous 3D flower edging the one-shoulder neckline. The asymmetrically ruched bodice tucks into the ruched cummerbund, finished with a flared skirt. New with tag, but has a rip in the top layer and the layer underneath on the skirt towards the side. Located about halfway down. Looks like it was torn when being opened in a package. See photos.
