Mac Duggal Black Velvet Off the Shoulder Tiered Ruffle Evening Gown

This dress is such a showstopper. I bought it from another posher for our save the date pictures and it arrived severely damaged from previous alterations and wear. My seamstress completely restored it to mint condition. The length is still altered to a shortened train so it’s easy to walk in. I am 5’4” for reference and wore 4” heels in the pictures. Would love to keep it, but I think it’s ready for it’s next moment to shine. Mac Duggal runs small, so make sure to read the size chart.
