Ethereal smokey acqua dress by Mac Dougall. Vintage design......stunning. This is in very good condition except it has what appears to be a design defect. The sheath over over her left breast is stitched slightly looser at the shoulder than the right. Easily adjusted by a seamstress. And there is a pinhead size hole ( more like divided threads) on the back(center of last pic.) And a minor pull that I need to take pics of. 15" across the top of the band. 31" long.
