kaylahopetx @badback39 I totally understand the difficulties of finding the perfect dress! I didn’t wear this dress. It is new with tags and not my size. Laying flat, pit to pit measures 21” and the waist at the beading measures 20”. This dress does have some give to it and is flowy from the beading down.
