@slkscarlet yes, they are sheer. They're see-through. And yes, it has been altered slightly, but mainly for the straps, as the original was too long, and bra cups were added for the bust. The actual size wasn't tampered.
The dresses sized 2 are my sister's. It's a mix of both of our dresses :)
