It’s a fantastic jacket😊 The sleeves are 22 inches from shoulder to cuff end The bust area (pit to pit when buttoned) is 16 3/4 across. It can also be worn unbuttoned.( in case that helps) Make me an offer! I’m sure you’ll love it

htimsnyrak @sereneliving there is just a smidge of stretch. Not so little it feels really restrictive but not so much that it feels stretchy. Does this help?
