MacDuggal Black and cream fit and flare dress size 2

MacDuggal sleeveless fit and flare cocktail dress looks like it could be from CHANEL (but it’s not). Beautiful black bodice with collar with faux pearls and rhinestones. Made of a scuba material in quilted fabric. We are not the original owners, someone previously cut the bottom to make it shorter do it does not have a finished hem (see pictures). There are also some marks that should come out with cleaning with solute or at dry cleaners.
