MacKenzie Childs 1983 Inspiration Placemats

I have 2 books from 1983 with patterns of 9 or 10 Placemats that MacKenzieChilds suggested be discussed during lunch or dinner. There are 9 different patterns in these books and they claim to have made them to create conversation during your dining experience. I really loved a few of the nine from these 1983 books. So I chose my faves and had them recreated on a plastic paper, purchased almost 1/2” Cork Board to adhere these lovely mats upon. The expense was much more than I had anticipated. I am covering my cost to make these. I’m actually losing money. However I have a nice set for my home. These are for old school MacKenzie Childs fans. I do love these. They are substantial! The Thick cork backing and the Plastic Paper combo do indeed make a gorgeous hearty Placemat. It was a labor of Love for me. Price is for a Set of 4. Please indicate Fish or floral. I have other patterns and am making another set that represents the infancy of the courtly check.
