Macy's Tan and Navy Pleated Structured Skirt

This textured striped skirt has lots of structure to give it a vintage-y pop-out look. The waist is about 13 inches but stretchy. Brand is FSR and was purchased at Macy's. Stock photo at the end shows the same skirt in a different color to show how it fits. New with tags!
