Macy's slim blue dress

-the actual brand is derek heart, but it's a Macy's brand -great condition, has never been worn -very very soft!! -slim on the bust and waist, and then flows out a bit towards to bottom -scoop neck -goes just past my knees, and i'm petite and 5"2 -size small -95% rayon
