I'm not sure what this is called, it's like a pullover shawl with arm holes and a head hole. Its not open like a cardigan. Its a super soft cotton acrylic blend with fringe on the bottom. One size fits most. Its see through so you'll have to wear something under it. Smoke free pet friendly home.
