Madam X Dress

So I bought this dress a few years ago like this(with the zipper broken) with the intention of fixing the zipper, but I just never got around to it so its been sitting in mu closet unloved and unworn. However as you can see in the pictures there are two small dots that I have no idea where they are from.The dress itself is very nice, the bodice has boning in it with an extra panel on the inside! The Zipper should be an easy fix or you could take it to a tailor to have it fixed!
