Maddalena Scanu Black Genuine Leather Bag Made in Italy. Slouch/Hobo leather bag, made in Italy, from Maddalena Scanu. Black with silver tone hardware and red leather trim on the top edge. There are condition issues with the bag. Four feet on the bottom. The silver coating has rubbed off and they appear copper in color. Top zip opening that is lower than the top of the bag. Magnetic snap closure in addition to the zipper. The zipper tail extends 3 1/2" past the edge of the bag. It can be folded across the zipper and hidden below the top edge. There is cracking along the red trim. The interior has a side zipper pocket and a slip pocket opposite. It has ink stains on the bottom and sides of the lining. The handle shown in the picture is removable and the bag came with a short handle; however, one end of the short handle is missing a clip (see last 2 pics.) The exterior leather is both smooth and pebbled. It is in excellent condition with no signs of wear.
