Could definitely be touched up. The inside is very clean aside from those marks. The fringe detail is beautiful. Snap closure. Inside zippered side pocket and two open inner side pockets. Gold tone hardware. Patchwork boho style. Chain strap with faux leather at the top of the shoulder. Would be a great crossbody or shoulder bag.
