Adorable made to order Harley Quinn Custom Tutu Skirt. The wait and stretches and will fit from about a 2T up to about an 8, my girls waist is about 23” and this band fits the. It’s Royal Blue and Red with a black ribbon weaved into the waistband. And has felt ♦️ diamonds. The bottom layer is double, the top layer is a single layer. This skirt is nice and full, about 10 inches long.

xiquiz Hi. My daughter is 7.5yrs ild but she is a giant. Her normal clothes are either 9/10 or 10/11 from target depending on pants style and tops. I measured her waist and it is at 25in. Do you this tutu in a size up? And would you be able to make a Daddys little monster shirt? I think that she would fit into a youth medium top if the top is a standard unisex youth shirt and not a girls fitted too. And how much would you charge for that? Thank you.

ankpretties @xiquiz It’s not super full, but it’s full, the bottom layer is a double layer, and the top is a single layer, if you want it fuller I can, buy it would cost more. You do need to pair this with leggings or something.
