Made By Johnny, Pleated, Wide Leg Palazzo Pants with Drawstring, size XL, gray, NWT Tag only says plus size so please go by measurements given. Waist is elastic and measures 14 inches laying flat but stretches a lot and has the drawstring. Inseam is 30 inches. The rise is around 16 inches. These seem to be made small.
