Made By Johnny size XL skirt- in a solid black color. There is an elastic, stretchable waistband. Skirt is 95% rayon, 5% spandex, and hand or machine washable. 16” wide at waist, 43” wide along bottom fanned out, and 18.5” long. Pre-owned condition- last picture shows a spot on the front, not super noticeable and a very small snag on front center and some minor wear on left upper side. No holes or tears.
