🆕Made In India🆕NWOT. Red, orange, black, wrap w/ string wrap

New W/ Tag: 100% cotton & “made w/ India” (Wrap?) There isn’t much info on these online. They came in a close-out buy from Target? I’m only repeating what the tag reads. I’m assuming they’re used as like a wrap and tie feature of a wardrobe.
