@paigemadison003 hi! I don’t know the exact name of the color, it’s not pure white but my dress was pure white and it look beautiful together. It’s not cream though either. I added more pictures to help give a better idea!

@notorious_nat yes it can! It’s got adjustable snaps on the waist, and more could always be added to the desisted effect. It’s not a pull on skirt, it snaps around the waist
