Made in China ankle length blue floral print dress with pleats size 2XL

NWT this is an import from China it has pleats on the bottom part of the dress it does have pockets it has capped sleeves and banded at 3/4 light. has a waistband around it as well as the sleeves are banded it is a size 2xl saffron blue and then the flowers are gray and white.
