Beautiful evening top. Cut velvet fabric in Midnight blue and shimmering black. Hand sewn black edging around the neckline. Measurements: shoulder 30, bust 33, waist 32, length 22, sleeve length 22. This is a vintage piece from the 80's when shoulder pads were in, remove pads for a softer, relaxed look . Stunning with palazzo pants or pencil skirt. Blouse has 4 inch vents at the side seams. Back has one button with keyhole opening. Really beautiful! European size 40, will fit XXS to XS.
