Made in France vintage black glass beaded mini purse handbag clutch. Features a strap across the back -- not sure if that was for hand carrying or for attaching to a belt -- maybe both! Inside is black satin and is clean and features one slip pocket. Tag says "Made in France Handmade". See photos for measurements.
