Made in Heaven black cowl neck sleeveless top XL. New without tags. Never worn.

Velvet texture...very soft... my shoulders are 14 1/2" wide and this top slides off of my shoulders, so, I'm unable to wear it comfortably...this top would be very pretty on someone with nice wide shoulders. The neckline may plunge, depending upon how you wear the top. Front and back are both cowl neck. Side length is 16 1/2" from the bottom of the armpit to the bottom of the top.
