Made in Italy, 2 layer tunic with cut out shoulders

From a high end local boutique. 2 layer tunic is made in Italy, the top layer is silk, under layer feels like a stretch soft cotton. Tag says 50% Seta and 50% Viscose . Lace has flecks of gold woven into it. Neckline is elegant with lace, a couple beads and feathers on the leather tie. I've worn it once. Size L.
