Made in Peru Peruvian Sterling Silver Pin with Russian or Austrian Coat of Arms

Dating anywhere from the 1930s to 1960s, may I offer this Sterling Silver (hallmarked as pictured) pin brooch that was made in Peru. In a circular design, the pin features a shield front with the Russian or Austrian Coat of Arms - 2 Eagles facing outward under a Crown. Size is 1-13/16" high/wide; weight is 12.2 grams. Very thin pinstem is held in place with a simple c-catch. Mellow patina to the silver. A pretty cool piece!
