Made in USA - SZ 18 straight from 80s-purple short sleeve shrug w/ shoulder pads

This sweater shrug is direct from my mom’s closet late 80s from CA. It’s 22 inches long. It’s a stretchy polyester material and tag is worn off. Machine wash separate. 3 buttons with loops. Hanger loops also on this shrug Shoulder pads can be easily cut out .
