This lovely blue dress has a floral pattern that will take you into fall and can return in spring with the light-weight fabric. What is the material? There is no fabric tag. My guess is a Rayon, Modal, or Polyester blend. It is washable and has a bit of flex to it but not a spandex stretch. It is smooth and allows tumble dry low and light iron.
