Gorgeous full skirt, slightly below knee length (approx. 25inch) in navy with fun red dots. Silk with polyester lining, but I cut off the tag and cannot show you. Elastic waist, unstretched 12in flat, comfortably 14.5in stretched (i’m 28” waist).
